STRESS QUESTION – IS ALL STRESS BAD FOR YOU?

STRESS IS IN ALL OUR LIVES…
But the answer to this question is not what most people expect. Most people will tell you that you should eliminate all stress from your everyday life. That you should use a range of stress management and stress relief strategies that aim to remove stress completely.
However, the answer to this stress question is actually FALSE. Not only is this impossible to remove all stress from your life but the only people who experience no stress at all are unfortunately no longer with us, they are deceased. You can develop effective stress management and stress relief techniques but you do not want to eliminate all stress from your life.
YOU NEED SOME STRESS IN YOUR LIFE
In reality we do actually need some degree of stress in our lives. For some degree of stress and tension in your life motivates you to do things, to take action, to make decisions and to make changes in your life. Very simply, having stress in your life gives you the get up and go to actually get up and go to make things happen.
YOU DO NOT WANT EXCESSIVE STRESS
Now let us be very clear on this. We are not talking about excessive amounts of stress that cause you extreme anxiety, trauma and fearfulness. The more stress you feel the more important is becomes to find ways to engage in stress management and stress relief techniques.
STRESS CAN ACTUALLY HELP YOU
But since everyone experiences stress and stress is part of your life then living with some degree of stress is needed for you to actively adapting, managing and making changes in your life.
