STRESS IS NOT A SIMPLE FORMULA…
Yet many people believe that only weak people experience stress and strong people do not experience stress. However, understanding stress, stress management and stress relief is not such a black and white issue. Each person has their own unique experience of stress. The answer to this stress question is actually FALSE. We all do experience stress in our lives. It is not about being a weak person or a strong person at all.
WE ALL EXPERIENCE STRESS
The more important point is to accept that we all do experience stress and often have feelings of worry, strain, anxiety, burden, fearfulness and more. Therefore, when you accept that everyone experiences stress, you can focus less on passing judgment on yourself or others.

You can focus more on what you do when you experience stress. How you then handle feeling anxious, fearful, hassled and stressed out. Feelings that all of us experience in our lives. Rather than wasting time judging yourself as being weak. Put your energy and focus into developing the most effective stress management and stress relief methods that work for you.
