FIVE STRESS QUESTIONS QUICK TEST
Ask yourself these five questions:
- What were my energy levels like throughout the day?
- How did I feel emotionally?
- How did I handle other people today?
- How did I deal with any unexpected changes to my day?
- Have I taken time today just for myself?
You can adapt and add more questions to create your own quick questions stress test. By asking and answering these questions you will constantly be monitoring your own health and feelings of anxiety, tension, strain and stress.
