STRESS AND WORRY ON YOUR FACE

STRESS, WORRY AND ANXIETY SHOW ON YOUR FACE…

Stress, worry, anxiety and strain are most often shown on your face. Treating yourself to a professional facial massage is a wonderful stress management and stress relief method. But what if money is tight? Then you can do your own quick facial massage to remove all that stress from your face.

YOUR DO-IT-YOURSELF STRESS RELIEF MASSAGE

Take your middle fingers, and in a clockwise direction slowly rub the following parts of your face for about 20 seconds each. You can begin with:

  • the middle of your chin
  • then the corners of your mouth
  • then the areas between your nose and upper lip
  • next your cheeks
  • then your cheek bones
  • then move to your temples
  • then the space between your eyebrows
  • and finally your forehead.

The tension and strain in your face will certainly disappear when you take a few minutes to massage away that stress.
