Stress, strain and worry often shows in your face. To release the tension in your face use this stress management and stress relief strategy. Use a do-it-yourself magical stress relief face mask using one powerful ingredient and that is honey.
RENOURISHING WITH THIS LESS STRESS MASK
A honey face mask is excellent at softening your pores, re-nourishing your skin and is very inexpensive to use. It also forces you to reduce your stress as you have to lie down and rest while it works its magic.
HOW TO USE THIS FACE MASK
So grab a jar of honey (the easier to pour the better) and cover your face in a layer of honey, making sure to avoid your eyes. Lie down on your back in a comfortable place for about 15-20 minutes. Then rinse off the honey with warm water. Your face will feel great and you will have taken a break too, letting the stress and tension go from your body and your face.
